One of my most requested cakes is the Red Velvet Cake. This traditional cake is a rich and sweet cake with a delicate chocolate flavor. It is frosted with a Cream Cheese Frosting, but I prefer a home made White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting which is delicious on this cake, as well as on a dark chocolate cake.
